A good looking Victorian light oak decanter box containing two cut glass decanters and original Bramah lock and Key, circa 1860.Central vacant rectangular brass cartouche to the top, which opens to reveal the two decanters sitting snugly within their royal blue velvet lining. The decanter tops fit properly within the necks of the decanters, indicating their originality. Both have a small chip in their base, one has a small chip in the lip, and the one has a few nibbles around the end of the top. Other than that, they have survived pretty well, considering their age, and the rather heavy handed behaviour, the contents would have levied on previous owners.Measurements: 24.5 wide, 13.8 cm deep and 27.8 cm high.

Cleaned and restored (where necessary) to a high presentable standard. All you need to do is wipe over with a soft cloth from time to time. Occasionally use a spray furniture polish that contains bees wax, which will maintain its satin sheen. Please don’t use a silicone spray as this could be detrimental to the waxed surface.
